Work on biceps:
The very first thing you should start with is biceps exercise. Hold the dumbbells in both hands and curl them up by contracting the bicep muscles and bring them down to the starting position. Repeat the same in sets.
Back dips tone triceps. Hold the longer edge of the bench from behind with your palms. Keep legs on the floor and make sure that your arms are straight. Now lower your body until your elbows form 90 degrees angle and then go to the starting position without moving your legs.
Kickbacks for triceps:
Bend your upper body so that it becomes parallel to the floor. Hold the dumbbell on one hand and keep other hand on the bench for support. Also keep elbow close to the body. Now extend the dumbbell holding arm behind. Repeat the same with other hand too.
Cardio plays vital role in toning your arms. It burns excess calories thus flab gets toned properly.
